Type designation
The type designation of corrugated hoses RNVD consists of five parts:
Possible variants of RNVD hoses and fittings when ordering:
RNVD 331.12.00.P 200х1,5 ,where:
- RNVD — hose type;
- 331 — corrugated hose type;
- 12 — outer shell type;
- 00 — inner shell type;
- P — fitting type (if two different fittings for one hose, they should be written in a row, for example: P-SH);
- 200 — nominal diameter, mm;
- 1,5 — length, m.
Possible variants of RNVD hoses and fittings when ordering:
- corrugated hose types:
- RNVD 321 — high flexible hose, medium weight;
- RNVD 331 — standart flexibility, medium weight;
- RNVD 332 — standart flexibility, dual layer;
- RNVD 341 — low flexibility, medium weight;
- RNVD 430 — standart flexibility, weighted.
- Outer shell types:
- 00 — none;
- 11 — single metal braiding OM1-S;
- 12 — single stainless braiding OM1-N;
- 22 — double stainless braiding OM2-N;
- 32 — protective interlock stainless hose RMV 1, 2, 2G and double braiding OM2-N;
- 51 — single outer brass braiding OM1-L;
- 52 — double outer brass braiding OM2-L.
- Inner shell types:
- 00 — none;
- 32 — inner interlock stainless hose RMV 1, 2 or 2G.
- Fittings types:
- Consist of fitting's code, its variant, fitting's material code and code of operating pressure or thread class. In case of different fittings for a hose, they're both specified.
- 00 — no shell.

- Nominal diameter and hose length:
- Diameter variants you can find in "Specifications" section and specified in millimeters.
- Nominal hose length specified in meters and can be in a range from 0,3 to 6m.
- Hose RNVD331.12.00.P 20x1
- - designation example of stainless corrugated high pressure hose, standart flexibility, single layer of corrugated hose, single outer braiding OM1-N, without inner shell, both stainless butt weld ends, nominal diameter 20mm and nominal length 1m.
- Hose RNVD331.12.00.FV.FA12-25 20x1
- - the same as foregoing with stainless free flange connection GOST 12822-80, operating pressure 16Bar on one side and steel welding flange GOST 12820-80, operating pressure 25Bar on another side.
- Hose RNVD 332.22.32.PU 100x5,5
- - designation example of stainless corrugated high pressure hose of standart flexibility, double layered corrugated hose, double outer stainless braiding OM2-N, inner interlock hose RMV 2G, both stainless butt weld ends, nominal diameter 100mm and nominal length 5,5m.
- Hose RNVD 321.12.00.GR.SHH 50x3,3
- - designation example of stainless corrugated high pressure hose of high flexibility, single layer of corrugated hose, single outer stainless braiding OM1-N, without inner shell, with male hexagon nipple (conic thread) GOST 6211-81 on one side and female thread union with flat sealing GOST 6357-81 on another side, nominal diameter 50mm and nominal length 3,3m.
